Cleone Boston, founder and CEO of Parach Resource Management, brings both professional insight and personal passion to her work. As the proud mother of WNBA star Aliyah Boston, Cleone saw firsthand the challenges that come with rising to prominence at a young age. Determined to ensure her daughter’s success extended beyond the court, she founded Parach with one mission: to protect and empower the next generation of high-achieving talent.
